1. Definition of Incorrect Shipment

  • An incorrect shipment occurs when a customer receives a product that is different from what they ordered. This includes:

    • Wrong item (different from the product ordered)

    • Wrong size or color

    • Incorrect quantity

  • Items that are defective are handled under our Defective Product Policy.

2. Reporting an Incorrect Shipment

  • Time Frame for Reporting: Customers must report incorrect shipments within [7-14 days] of receiving the order.

    • Order number

    • Photos of the item(s) received, including any tags or labels
